Can Void Registry entry
Specifies whether users / groups can void (cancel) a registration and re-instate incorrectly voided registrations.
Description
When a registration is discovered to have been made in error or is a duplicate, it needs to be voided / canceled, but not deleted. This entry defines who is able to void / cancel a registration. If a registration is voided in error, this entry also specifies who is able to re-instate it.
